We know how to examine an infrastructure asset from different angles because of our large experience in infrastructures.
Inicia2 provides advisory services concerning infrastructure-related assets. Our long background in infrastructure grants us a holistic vision of the assets (competition, legal framework, financial structure, etc.). We know how to examine an asset from different angles.

Inicia2 provides advisory focused on infrastructure assets and companies. Our services range from:
  • Market Outlook. We have an extensive database of companies and assets and we can provide in a short period an overall view of the market.
  • General View of an asset or company. We benchmark the asset/company with the main competitors, frame it within the legal regulations and analyse the operational and financial performance of the asset.
  • Financial Assessment. We know where to look at. We have a team composed of former financial executives of infrastructure companies or auditors' experts in the same field. We also elaborate complete financial models where we highlight the weakness and strengths of an asset.
Inicia2 accepts short term engages, where we provide a specific assessment in a relatively short period, but we also provide holistic analysis, including fieldwork.

Management Outsourcing

We manage assets or companies under special situations and our return is based on the goal of our clients.

  • Inicia2 was born with the mandate to define the strategy and manage one of the most important real estate portfolios in central Poland.
  • We have significant experience with special situations, where the asset needs a special treatment.
  • We due diligence the asset and we help the shareholders to elaborate on the strategy that enables to meet their goals.
  • We execute all the necessary steps defined in the strategy to achieve the targeted goals, including cost restructuring, asset disposal, debt refinancing and accounting redefinition. Everything combined with a continuous reporting to the shareholders to secure every step in the right direction.

Corporate Finance

We have the knowledge and experience in infrastructure transactions in different geographies.
The Advisory and the Management Outsourcing drive to some acquisitions, divestments or debt restructuring. We offer strategic global perspectives, strong analytical skills and rigorous approach in the analysis and execution of transactions.
  • Inicia2 main aspiration is to participate in the Corporate Finance activity derived from the Advisory and Management Outsourcing. In fact, most of the experience Inicia2 accumulates in Corporate Finance and Debt Restructuring was initiated from these two activities. The team of Inicia2 has also a wide experience in Corporate Finance from previous positions in investment banks.
  • We offer advisory services on the purchase and sale of businesses and/or assets, mergers and spin-offs, leveraged transactions (LBOs, MBOs, MBIs, etc.), drafting of valuation reports and fairness opinions.
  • We advise on the process of identifying opportunities among private investors, structuring the placement, screening and contacting potential investors, leading negotiations and closing transactions.
  • We study and analyze the optimal capital structure and debt capacity of the company, as well as identifying available funding options and financing alternatives and we advise companies on direct financing transactions (Direct Lending), through which one or more non-banking institutions lend the company capital, adapting the structure to the specific needs of the company and enabling tailoring of the repayment schedule, interest payments and loan maturity.
